Refund Policy

Refund for Non/Delivery Claims

If your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If the carrier is unable to locate your package, please contact us within 10 days of the marked delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Refund for Other Reasons

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase to ensure that you're satisfied with your selection. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us before placing your order. We're happy to help you in any way we can to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

Fraudulent Chargebacks

If you file a fraudulent chargeback with your bank or credit card company, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of the transaction and delivery. If we are successful in disputing the chargeback, you will be responsible for all fees associated with the dispute. Additionally, we may choose to take legal action to recover any lost funds or damages resulting from the fraudulent chargeback. We take fraudulent chargebacks very seriously and will not hesitate to pursue legal action if necessary.
